Our comprehensive manufacturing capacities allow us to laser profile, CNC form and fabricate complete wheelchair access vehicle floor pans. These are fitted to donor vehicles to allow wheelchairs and other disability equipment to be safely used.



Our experience within the Defence market, spanning over 30 years, allows us to manufacture a range of components and assemblies for Military soft skinned vehicles from simple pressings to complete panels. Not only can we supply pattern parts but can also manufacture modified parts for vehicles used in specific Military and counter insurgency roles.



Our significant manufacturing capacity has allowed us to design, develop, test and manufacture our very own product. Our Cy-Lift represents a British built item, fully certified and offering bespoke personalisation to any Company wishing to sell the product with their Company logo laser profiled into the side plates. Along with our 2-3 day lead time our product cannot be beaten on price or availability.



For well over 15 years we have manufactured a range of trailer components and we can offer a considerable range of standard brackets which are used in the manufacture of a range of trailers.



Cymarc can offer a range of steel, aluminium or stainless steel enclosures to suit most needs. These enclosures can be bright zinc plated or powder coated depending on specific requirements. Our sub assembly abilities also allow us to furnish the enclosures with a range of fixings, brackets and fasteners.



Our presswork division holds tooling to produce a range of high volume low cost spanners used in the cycle industry including the 8 way multi-metric spanner and the wheel & brake spanner. Simple pressed open ended spanners are also available off existing tooling.



We are able to offer a range of steel fixing brackets from small `L` type brackets all the way up to multi-formed parts - all from existing press tooling. If we do not have a tool to make your specific pressed component then we are able to get one made.
